At Ozeania Swim, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

Return Period

You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must:

• be unworn, unused, and unwashed

• have the hygiene liner intact

• be in original packaging

• be in resellable condition

• include proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Hygiene Notice

For hygiene reasons, returns cannot be accepted if:

• the hygiene liner has been removed

• items show signs of wear or use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• worn or damaged items

• items without hygiene liner

• personalized items
  

• gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

We are not responsible for lost returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• you will receive a confirmation email

• approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• refunds are issued to the original payment method

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

 

We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: info@ozeaniaswim.com.
