If your Ozeania Swim piece isn’t the perfect fit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in original condition

• with hygiene liner intact

• in original packaging

How to Start a Return

1. Download and print the return form here

2. Include it inside your parcel

3. Send your return using a tracked and insured service

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time

Once received and inspected, refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.

For size or color changes, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
